## The project

A generator of PDF certificates for participants after a webinar ends, built by GigLabo for a private client. Industry: Education. Budget: $2,000.

## The task

The client runs paid webinars. After each one he has a CSV of participants exported from the payment system, plus a prepared certificate template. He needs a certificate generated for every participant and mailed out.

## How the automation works

The client runs an executable from the terminal whenever needed. The input is the path to the CSV file and the path to a file holding the email text. Using the first name, last name and email from the CSV, emails go out automatically thanking the participant and attaching their certificate.

## Results

- The number of participants does not matter — all emails are sent within seconds.
- No additional costs for hosting, no-code tool subscriptions or extra automation.
