Last updated 21 April 2025. This summary is not the agreement — read the page itself before purchasing. The licensor is Alena Esakova, operating as GigLabo, currently an individual entrepreneur under German law, based in Munich, Germany; contact main@giglabo.com. ## Price and grant A one-time payment of **500 EUR**, including updates and premium support. Subject to that payment the licensee gets a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the software in commercial products and services, modify it for their own use, create derivative works, deploy on unlimited servers and instances they own, and include it in their commercial applications. The term starts at the purchase date. ## Intellectual property The licensor retains all intellectual property rights to the software; the licensee receives only the rights the agreement grants. Modifications and derivative works the licensee creates remain the licensee's property without affecting the licensor's ownership of the original software. ## Refunds and withdrawal Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked, excluding any custom development costs. Consumers additionally have a separate 30-day right of withdrawal from the contract, exercised by an unequivocal statement such as a letter or email. ## Support and updates Premium support covers email support, bug fixes with priority attention, implementation guidance and direct access to the development team. Updates cover all new versions and features, security updates, performance improvements and documentation updates. ## Restrictions The licensee may not redistribute the software as a standalone product, transfer the license to another entity, remove copyright notices or attributions, or share access credentials or source code. Grounds for termination include payment failure, violation of the license terms and unauthorized sharing. The agreement may not be assigned without the licensor's prior written consent; the licensor may assign it in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. ## Acceptable use and delivery Permitted in commercial websites, SaaS applications, enterprise software and commercial products. On payment the licensee receives an invoice, a license certificate and direct support contact information. ## Custom modifications Custom development is available at a standard rate of **80 EUR/hour**. If you use GigLabo's agency services for custom development and the project needs file uploading, the uploader license and its customization are included in the price of those services. ## Liability and warranty Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and in any case to the amount actually paid for the software. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
