Generator of pdf-certificates for participants after the webinar completion

About the task

A private client conducts paid webinars. After each webinar, he has a CSV file with the list of participants uploaded from the payment system. He has also prepared a participation certificate template.

The client needs to generate certificates for each participant and send them out via email.

How automation works

As needed, the client in the terminal runs exe. The path to the csv file and to the custom file with the text of the email is specified on the input. Using the first name, last name and email values from the csv, emails are automatically sent out with a thank you for participating in the webinar and a certificate of participation attached.

Results

• It doesn't matter how many participants are there. All emails will be sent in few seconds.
• There are no additional costs for hosting, no-code tools subscriptions, additional automation, etc.
