Canvas & Presets

The GPU-accelerated compositor turns a raw screenshot into a social-ready image. Pick a preset, tune three sliders, export.

Built-in canvas presets

Grouped by intent. All are editable — save your own on top.

  • twitter-square — 1080×1080
  • instagram-square — 1080×1080
  • instagram-portrait — 1080×1350
  • linkedin-landscape — 1200×627

Custom

Create a custom preset from the current canvas:

  1. Adjust size, background, shadow, padding
  2. Save as preset → name it
  3. It appears under My presets on every future shot

Backgrounds

  • 100+ catalog — gradients, meshes, patterns, brand palettes
  • Solid colour — picker or hex
  • Image — drop any file into the canvas
  • Transparent — export as PNG with alpha

Shadows

  • Drop shadow — offset X/Y, blur, spread, opacity
  • Inner shadow — for embossed cards
  • Ambient — radial glow behind the shot

Padding & corners

  • Per-side padding in px or % of canvas
  • Corner radius 0–64 px
  • Border: width, colour, inner/outer

Content-aware cropping

Two modes beyond plain crop:

Balance

Rebalances white-space around the focal content so the shot looks centered even when the window was off-center.

Inset

Removes outer chrome (dock, menu bar, URL bar) while preserving pixel-aligned content. Useful for sharing just the canvas of an app.

Export

Additional targets: clipboard, drag & drop to any window, open in default app.

Automation

Every preset, background and export setting is also available via MCP tools. Agents apply them exactly like humans do.
